Win288 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Win288 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Win288 website at win288.bar, downloading the Win288 mobile app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service available through the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Win288 platform in any capacity. Win288 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Win288 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a Win288 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win288 does not permit access to any player under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Win288 account.
• You must not be registered on Win288's self-exclusion list or any self-exclusion list shared with the platform.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration and keep that information up to date.

Win288 may request identity verification at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal — to confirm that you meet the above requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request and to provide valid identification documents when asked. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Registration on Win288 is free. Win288 does not charge any fee for creating an account. You should never pay any third party claiming to offer Win288 account registration or guaranteed winnings — these are scams and Win288 is not responsible for losses incurred through third-party fraud.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your Win288 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, games played and any instructions or requests submitted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised each individual action.

You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. Win288 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, which is available from the account security settings.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Win288 immediately. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing. Win288 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Only one Win288 account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed. Any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at Win288's sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Win288 supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and major debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Win288 does not apply any currency conversion or additional transaction fee on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Win288 balance within a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours; Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Win288 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.
• Win288 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of your identity or the source of funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• Win288 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Win288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and event-specific promotions tied to Cricket, PSL season, T20 tournaments and other sporting events.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page:

• Each bonus is available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game types (e.g. low-margin sports markets, certain Live Casino side bets) may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Win288 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence of abuse, and modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of standard wagering completion.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Win288 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Cricket (international matches, PSL, T20 leagues), Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Win288 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), Win288 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within a stated timeframe set by Win288 for that specific market.
• Live/in-play betting is available on selected markets. Win288 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during significant on-field events (wickets, goals, technical stoppages).
• Win288 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• All Cricket markets — including PSL match winner, top batsman, total runs and player performance markets — are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Win288 does not accept DLS-method results as void unless all match outcomes are affected.

7. Casino & Game Rules

Win288's Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo sections operate under the following general rules:

• All casino and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical outcome of a live dealer session. Win288 does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a Live Casino hand or game round, the hand or round may be voided and stakes returned. If a result was reached and recorded before the failure, that result stands.
• Fish Games jackpot prizes are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Progressive jackpot amounts reflect the real-time accumulated pool and may vary at the time of settlement.
• Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Win288 is not responsible if you miss a room start time. Tickets purchased for a room that you do not participate in are non-refundable.
• Win288 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title from the platform at any time without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win288 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets, play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use Win288 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Win288 support to resolve the issue.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Win288 staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing Win288 using a VPN, proxy or any other tool intended to disguise your identity or location.

9. Privacy & Data

Win288 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a Win288 account you consent to your personal data being handled as described in that policy.

Win288 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account management, identity verification, processing PKR transactions, delivering customer support, complying with anti-fraud obligations and sending you relevant promotional communications if you have opted in to marketing.

Win288 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking partners) where necessary to complete transactions, and with verification service providers where identity checks are required.

You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for its deletion by contacting Win288 support. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Note that certain data may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes even after an account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

Win288 is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Online betting and casino games should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

Every Win288 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During any self-exclusion period Win288 will not send promotional communications and the account will not be accessible.

11. Limitation of Liability

Win288 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent platform uptime and accurate pricing, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Win288 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors or delays in processing.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonus funds due to wagering requirement violations.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any kind, however caused.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win288's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Win288 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date shown at the top of the document. If the changes are material, Win288 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Win288 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. Outstanding balances at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal rules in Section 4.
